Linn Ann started her career in customer service. Over the years her genuine compassion for people allowed her to excel and she advanced to becoming a well seasoned Customer Service Manager. She truly enjoyed working with people and making their needs and concerns her own.

She decided to become a real estate agent after relocating several times over the last 15 years due to her husband’s job. She knew that her customer service skills, along with her personal experiences, she would be able to offer her clients a smooth, enjoyable real estate experience. Linn offers her clients the same commitment, courtesy and kindness that she offers her family and friends. She does her best to always treat others the way she would like to be treated, honestly, fairly and with integrity. Linn is a licensed real estate agent in the states of Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. She stays current with all of the changes that are going on with the industry. She continues to expand her knowledge by attending classes regularly. She is a Certified Skilled Negotiator, E-Pro Certified and an Accredited Buyers Representative.

Linn also has a passion for the care of animals. She devotes her spare time to helping to care for homeless pets. She is also active in education regarding the need to spay and neuter to help control the pet population. She is dedicated to helping her community and donates 10% of her net commission to either an animal rescue or to a charity of her client’s choice.
